I’m leaving Transmute and looking for a new challenge…
Two years ago I set up Transmute with my fellow Co-Founder Tiffany, as a digital management consultancy, which we hoped we would grow, scale and eventually sell.
We’ve worked really hard to grow a business we are proud of, and we have delivered some incredible work as part of this journey.
However, while we’ve celebrated many successes along the way, over time we’ve also had to acknowledge that the highly customised way we work has proven challenging to scale. It’s become evident quite how tricky it is to provide repeatable management consultancy and digital services that sit outside of marketing departments, since each client we have worked with has very different needs, and it is never as simple as rolling out a framework to change the behaviour of individuals, let alone entire organisations. Moreover, we never, ever wanted to cut corners, nor compromise on our work ethic.
During the latter half of 2016 we have both reassessed our priorities, for various reasons. So, as of 1st December 2016 I will be leaving Transmute to look for a more hands on challenge where I can focus my skills to help an organisation to improve it’s digital marketing capability.
Transmute will continue to deliver existing client programmes to the very highest specification, and there will be no impact to our clients during this transition. Both Tiffany & I truly believe in delivering things that make us happy and make a difference to the clients we work with, and we’re absolutely united in this.
With this in mind, I’m looking for a new challenge – which could be a fantastic opportunity for you!
I’d prefer a role in-house, or consulting 2-3 days a week with a single brand, so I can get back into being more hands-on and making bigger change across marketing and sales departments, helping with lead acquisition and managing teams to produce more effective results than the usual campaign cycle.
If you know of any roles (or have heard of any on the grapevine) that include online advertising, social media, content marketing (Frequent travel is not an issue for me – indeed, it’s a bonus!) I’d love to hear from you.
Thank you so much, and I look forward to speaking soon.
